· A business analysis (First year only)
· An overview with the owner
· An overview with the manager or key staff
· The development of position descriptions for the owner/board, all staff, and are reviewed annually
· Annual performance reviews for all staff, including a follow-up summary
· When appropriate, exit interviews for all staff who leave
· Discount on the MS&A Employment recruitment service
· An on-call helpline service for both employers and employees to address workplace issues
· Ongoing remuneration and benefits advice
· Regular updates on major legislative changes affecting HR practices

Other services available
You can also benefit from an annual OH&S audit that is conducted by an MS&A consultant. Employers can also benefit from the knowledge and understanding of MS&A policy and procedure manuals at a discounted rate.
